Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
Inspired Style Boutique makes exchanging women's clothing simple. We will happily exchange your item(s) purchased for another size or even a different item of equal or lesser value within 14 business days of your store purchase.
To qualify for an exchange, simply return your item within 14 business days from the date of purchase with the receipt from your package in its original, resalable condition. It must be free of perfume, stains, smoke, or any other odor and include all tags still attached.
Only one exchange is available per item. This means that after an item has already been exchanged once, you cannot exchange it again. If we do not have the item you requested in stock at the time we receive your exchange, we will issue you store credit. We do not offer refunds.
All "clearance" items are final sale and can not be exchanged.
Please allow us up to 14 business days from the date your item is mailed back to us for us to process your exchange.
